Hey there, I'm Ashley!

I'm a wife, mama, and the face behind Sleepy Little Raes Sleep Consulting. If you're feeling overwhelmed by sleep, you're not alone. I've been there and I know how exhausting it can be to run on empty while trying to figure out what's best for your baby and balance everything else life throws your way!

I believe in gentle sleep solutions that lead to brighter mornings for everyone in your home. My approach is all about creating a custom plan that fits your baby's developmental needs and your comfort level as a parent.

Any recommendations I share will be rooted in the science of sleep and backed by evidence but I will always deliver it in a way that feels supportive, encouraging, and doable. No pressure, no judgment- just a whole lot of support and guidance !

Working With Me 

My journey into sleep consulting began as a new mom, navigating the ups and downs of sleep with my own daughter. Even before she was born, I spent a lot of time researching sleep and learning about the strategies that would set her up for success. What started as a personal need quickly turned into a deep passion for understanding the science behind healthy sleep and how we can use it to support both babies and parents in meaningful, lasting ways.

 

While many sleep tips out there focus only on wake windows, my approach goes far deeper. Im committed to the science-based methodologies that look at the full picture: circadian rhythms,  internal clocks, sleep pressure, sleep waves, and the timing of restorative sleep windows. When we align these natural processes with a supportive routine, everything begins to click.

Sleep isn't just a milestone, it's a skill that can be taught and nurtured. With the right tools, education, and a plan tailored to your child's developmental needs, your family can experience real, lasting results.
